Not Your Grandma’s Pendant…

One of our favorite trips (and we love a good trip) includes scouting vintage pendants and buying gilded jewelry to use in unexpected places at our events!

Grandma’s dragonfly broach flew to new heights when used, unexpectedly, as chair sash ties on the backs of each guest chair. Grandma was pleased.

Details ruled at a Halloween soiree where bejeweled spider pendants were incorporated into the eerily elegant botanica arrangements.

Our elves deconstructed vintage choker necklaces and used the sequined charms as napkin rings for an over-the-top sitdown feast for stars inspired by Marie Antoinette fashions.

Know a kid who doesn’t love frogs?  We don’t either – so we stuck frog pins all over the kid’s table florals at their grandmother’s 80th birthday bash.  Formal doesn’t always mean stuffy!

And in grand scale, we used crystal-studded cocktail tables at a recent Launch event.  Bigger was definitely better in this instance.

Shop with Purpose. Then re-purpose. Deconstruct. Drown with details.
