The rooms are spacious and nice, but the bathrooms are what set them apart—they’re like having an in-house spa. They don’t stop with the spa shower and rain showerheads—a separate oversized marble bathtub with a flat screen nearby is the perfect way to soak away your stress. If you don’t have children with you, the rooms near the Garden Pools are your best bet, as they’re furthest away from the kid’s amenities.
The good thing about this kid-friendly locale is that there is some separation of state when it comes to the adult facilities. While there is a great pool complete with two water slides and a walk-up restaurant, there is also the gorgeous, adults-only Edge pool overlooking the stunning golf course.
Send the kids to Kidtopia, the resort’s fun children’s club aka daycare center, while you enjoy Bellinis at the spa pool and indulge in signature treatments such as the Bamboo Fusion—a massage performed with warm bamboo stalks followed by a detoxifying scrub. Finish it off with a rinse under the waterfall showers or a barefoot walk on Southern California’s only Reflexology Pathway.
Work on your zen at the world-renowned Chopra Center, where you can experience Ayurvedic therapies, learn to meditate or take yoga.
